It affects children, it affects adults and we don't talk about it enough. Bullying, and the harm it causes can last a lifetime & most people don't know what to do or where to turn for help. We want to change that, we want to help. If you have experienced bullying, have someone you love who has, or just want to be able to recognize it when you see it, this is the podcast for you.

Breaking Bullying proudly supports Karate Chop Bullying, a nonprofit organization providing bully prevention programs for schools and youth organizations in Minnesota and Southern California.
